Our Aesop Strand Arcade store was our first experiment into delivering a project through computer files rather than traditional architectural documentation.
Central to this concept is the single use of porcelain as a material.
The clean white store offers a visual break from the otherwise busy arcade, showcasing Aesop’s preference for spare lines and a minimalist aesthetic.
There’s not a square edge in this store – we wanted everything in the design to speak to the stool and lamp and, of course, to serve as a platform to display Aesop’s product containers, design objects themselves.
